Excellent bread. I originally bought the graham flour to make Smores cookies which were excellent. So I also made this loaf. Next time I might add more honey or a little sugar to make it a little sweeter. It did bake up beautifully. I did substitute 1 1/3 cups hot milk instead of the water and milk powder. And since my ingredients were not all at room temperature I set my bread machine to whole wheat so it warmed the ingredients for 30 minutes before mixing. I will definitely make again.
