  1. Whisk together the cane sugar, applesauce, vanilla and oil. Slowly stir in milk to combine. Add pancake mix, cinnamon and dried apples and stir in until just combined. Be careful not to over mix. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 375°F for 25 - 30 minutes.
