Habañero Strawberry Chia Fresca

Our friends at GloryBee sent over a jar of habañero-infused honey.  While ideas for using this honey are vast, with the summery weather, this cool yet spicy Habañero Strawberry Chia Fresca really hit the spot.  Hot tip:  add a shot of tequila for a snazzy cocktail hour.

This sounds really yummy. Good, even for diabetics, with half the amount of honey. Would make a nice smoothie, made with frozen Strawberries or mixed berries. You could pre soak the Chia Seeds in a little juice or nutmilk, until they gel and add them for a thicker consistency. The possibilities are endless.
