Instructions
  1. Have all ingredients at room temperature. Whisk together dry ingredients until thoroughly blended.

In separate bowl, whisk together liquid ingredients until very smooth. Follow your specific machine instructions for adding liquid and dry ingredients in the proper order. Set controls for white bread or medium/normal setting and bake.

Remove baked bread from bread machine and cool thoroughly on wire rack before slicing with electric knife or serrated knife. Makes one 1-1/2 lb. loaf (12 slices).

*For lighter colored bread, use one whole egg and enough egg whites to equal 3/4 cup. For an eggless option use 3 Tb Ener-G Egg Replacer mixed with 1/2 cup & 2 Tb water.

Did not have the potato flour, soy lecithin granules, or the guar gum but instead used 1 1/2 tbs of flaxseed meal, and added 3/4 tsp extra of an egg yoke and it came out great, had to let it rise for two hours but it could be the weather. Still beats paying $5 in the store when I can make it for less then that and get more out of it.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly! I put the wet ingredients in my Cuisanart bread maker and then added the dry on top. I used the white bread setting as advised (not the gluten free setting). Nice, brown crispy crust. Soft, fluffy inside and perfectly cooked. I have stomach issues and have been unable to buy pre made gluten free bread because of other ingredients added, so this has finally let me eat bread again!
