Dry Ingredients
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

    In a programmable bread machine, eliminate the second kneading and second rising. Pour the wet ingredients first into the bread machine, followed by the dry ingredients. Set the baking time to 60 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.

      Hi SandiLu,
      You can still make this recipe without a bread machine although we would recommend mixing with a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix the dry ingredients and set aside. Warm the rice milk slightly (110°) and add the honey and yeast. When the yeast mixture is bubbly, combine with the other “wet” ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix thoroughly in a stand mixture using the paddle attachment. The dough will be the consistency of a thick batter. Place dough in an oiled loaf pan and let rise until doubled. Bake at 350°F until done.
