  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in a 9" pie pan in oven. Keep pan in oven to stay hot.

    Blend eggs and milk together in a blender; add flour to egg mixture and blend some more. Pour into preheated and buttered pie pan. Bake 18 minutes. Pancake will rise and puff.

    Serve hot with your favorite topping. Makes 4 servings.

Please note: This recipe requires the use of our Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour. Using our Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour may result in a poor end product.

    This was a big hit for Father’s Day this year. I have a kid with Celiac, so I made this and then one with gluten, the gluten free one was gone in minutes!
