Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except bread slices. Whisk until smooth. Dip bread slices into mixture being sure both sides are well-saturated.



    Cook on a hot griddle that has been oiled. When bread slice is golden brown turn over and continue to cook until other side is brown.



    Serve with your favorite fruit or syrups.



    Makes 2 servings.
