  1. Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine cycle and process on the basic bread (white bread) cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.



    After baking is complete let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.



    Yield: 1 loaf (approximately 1-1/4 lbs.)
Recipe Notes

*You can lightly grind the wheat berries and sunflower seeds in a clean coffee grinder or a food process. Do not make paste.
