Easy No-Bake Fruit Tart

This no-bake fruit tart is easy to make and a delicious way to end a meal.  It’s much like a dessert cookie, but better because the no-bake crust has a boost of protein and is inherently gluten free!

For the Crust
  1. Place all of the dry ingredients for the crust in a large bowl and stir.
  2. Add the wet ingredients and mix until it becomes moist crumbles.
  3. Press the mixture over the bottom and partial up the sides of a 10-inch tart pan.
For the Filling
  1. To make the filling, stir the cream cheese with powdered sugar. Spread over the crust.
  2. Arrange fruit over top of cream cheese layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Recipe Notes

If preferred, you can bake the crust at 375°F  for about 10 minutes.  Allow to cool and then follow the directions as written.
