Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

These bars have the same great taste as chocolate chip cookies, but are thick and chewy, and you really can’t go wrong with that!  Recipe courtesy of Jessica McCoy from All She Cooks.

That is correct; 12 Tablespoons of butter which is the equivalent of 6 ounces or 1 and 1/2 sticks.

      Hi Sheryl,
You should be able to use our Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour with this recipe to replace the flour cup for cup. It may change the texture a bit, and if you notice that the mix is very dry you may need to add additional liquid.

Tried this recipe for the first time today and am very pleased….I used the Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour and these came out perfect! They rose just enough and held together for that bar cookie bite. I didn’t make any modifications other than I used 1/2 white chocolate chips and 1/2 milk chocolate chips.
