  1. Heat convection oven to 250°F (275°F for a conventional oven).
  2. In a food processor blend all ingredients together except flaxseeds.
  3. Once dough comes together, mix in flaxseeds and turn out onto a floured surface.
  4. Roll to desired thickness and cut into bite size pieces. We suggest 1/16-inch thickness.
  5. Distribute pieces onto a parchment covered cookie sheet.



    Bake for 20 minutes, turning at 10 minutes (25 minutes for a conventional oven, turning at 12 minutes). Crackers will be brown and hard when done.



    Yields 50 bite size crackers.

    I’m allergic to rice so is there a substitute for this? Also, when using coconut flour, can you taste the coconut in the cracker?

      We have not prepared this recipe with a rice flour substitute. However; if you choose to do so, you may be interested in trying Corn Flour. Corn Flour will possess similar baking qualities and can generally be used in place of rice flour one for one. Coconut Flour does not possess strong coconut flavor as most of the oils have been removed. Because of this, this cracker will not taste of coconut.
