I love this recipe … since I discovered it many years ago … I have used none other than this.

Will this recipe work in a Belgian Waffle Maker? … or is there another recipe recommended for said waffle maker? I really prefer the whole wheat pastry flour.

      Hi Sharla,
We haven’t tested this recipe using a Belgian Waffle Maker, but you should be able to prepare them this way. Just follow the instructions for your machine and enjoy!

Instruction number 1 is confusing. First 4 ingredients will be messy if sifted. Did you mean first 4 DRY ingredients? (Or just sift all dry ingredients?) I do understand to sift only dry but new cooks may not. Cant wait to try these & thank you for your terrific grains, flours, etc.!
