  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 7 x 11 baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

    Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Mix together wet ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

    Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients and spread into baking pan.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Cool about 10 minutes.

    Using the foil as handles, lift the bars out of the pan and place on a wire rack to finish cooling. Cut into 15 bars.

      Hi Catherine,
      This recipe was submitted by a customer who wanted to share their recipe. It was not tested here at Bob’s Red Mill. The honey is going to be an important ingredient as it will help to bind the dry ingredients together, but if you prefer, you can leave out or reduce the dry sugar portion if you are wanting to lower the sugar content, but doing so may affect the flavor and texture of bars.
