  1. Whisk together the marinate ingredients and marinate the fish for 2 hours.

    Whisk together the breading ingredients. After the fish is done marinating, place fish in breading and cover. Fry in hot oil over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve with tahini sauce.
