Stovetop Directions
  1. Whisk 3/4 cup of Bob's Red Mill Black Bean Flour mixed with 1/4 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. chili powder and 1/2 tsp. salt into 2 1/2 cups of hot water.
  2. Stir 1 minute while cooking over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover saucepan and cook an additional 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa or picante sauce and allow mixture to cool.
  5. Let mixture cool for 15 minutes if serving as a dip.
Microwave Directions
  1. Using a 6 cup microwave bowl, stir flour and seasonings into hot water.
  2. Cover and cook 1 minute on high or until mixture bowls. Stir well. Cook 3 more minutes.
  3. Add salsa and cool.
