Yield two 14-inch pizza rounds or one 18-inch pizza round.

      Hi Jamie,
I might suggest using our Organic Ivory Wheat Flour. This is a Whole Wheat Flour made from Organic Hard White Wheat Berries. It has all the nutritional benefits of a whole grain flour, but will yield a dough that is less dense than one made with a Whole Wheat Flour Whole Wheat Flour made with Hard Red Wheat Berries.
