Just made a batch, turned out great.I didn’t have any stevia so I used coconut sugar instead.
Even added thawed out berries in the last batch…yum!
I froze them which will be much cheaper then spending $5.00 on a box, plus these tasted better.

I thought the batter was too thin, but they cooked up OK. Next time I’ll try less milk, though. I would rate it better than 2.5 stars, too. GF can’t be compared to regular dough waffles. For GF they are really decent and one can always add chopped walnuts like I did or add strips of cooked bacon across the top of the waffle batter before baking the waffle, etc. Or spruce up with creative toppings.

I followed recipe adding a splash of vanilla and a handful of crushed pecans. Recipe make 5.5 waffles. Batter is liquidy and takes longer to cook – 6 minutes per waffle. Kids couldn’t tell it was gluten free – husband loved them. Won’t make them again due to cooking time.
