  1. Saute apple slices in non-stick skillet; sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Mix together GF flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix in applesauce, oil and cider until well blended. Pour into heated skillet. Lay on top cooked apple slices and sprinkle on blueberries to taste. Cook until bubbles form on surface then turn. Heat until golden brown.



    Makes 10 pancakes.
