  1. Combine bananas, olive oil, soy milk and chopped dates and set aside. Mix together pancake mix, millet, hemp seeds and sunflower seeds.
  2. Pour wet into dry and mix until just combined.
  3. Spoon batter onto parchment lined baking sheets and bake at 350°F for about 20 - 25 minutes.



Recipe Notes

These can be frozen and reheated for a quick breakfast or snack. Especially good warm with Grade B Maple Syrup.
