I use this when breading meats and veggies in replacement of dipping in egg. Works great and breading stays on when frying or baking.

I just baked some yogurt muffins, then forgot, I didn’t have any eggs in the fridge.

I saw this recipe, doubled it, and used it as a substitute for the 2 eggs, added a nice nutty flavor and the muffins raised like it did before using eggs.

    Thanks!!!!

My recipe calls for 2 flax eggs but I have regular eggs at home; is it just as simple as replacing the 2 flax eggs for the 2 normal eggs?

      Hi Kristine,
Depending on your recipe, the regular eggs should be a 1 for 1 replacement for the flax eggs that your recipe calls for; you should not need to make further adjustments.
