Directions
Mix white flour and margarine until crumbly. Add buckwheat flour, flaxseed, wheat germ, sesame seeds, and salt. Mix. Add rye flakes and rolled oats. Mix again. Add enough water to make batter hold together. Crumble some batter onto a cookie sheet, roll pie crust thin, cut into 3" squares. Bake 400°-500°. They burn easily, so watch them. Do not store in refrigerator. They must be thin and crisp. Makes about 24 dozen crackers.
