Cinnamon Bran Muffins


Mix flour, whey protein, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in medium sized bowl. Set aside. Combine cereal, skim milk and brown sugar and let stand 5 minutes. Add egg, banana, and oil to cereal mixture and combine with flour. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Bake 16-18 minutes at 400°F.
Makes 12 muffins.
