This is such an easy recipe that turns out delicious each time! A great gluten free option for taboule. It tastes really good with some feta, chopped chicken breast, cucumber and cherry tomatoes tossed in.

I think you mean 2 cups of cooked and cooled Quinoa, not 12! At least that is what the back of the bag says.

are you sure 1/2 cup lemon juice. I make the receipe on the back
of the back. Very tart. Would not bake this again.

Most people enjoy the tart flavor of the lemon juice in this recipe. However, as with most recipes, feel free to adjust the amount to suit your personal preference.
