Buckwheat Sandwich Bread

This recipe comes from customer Liz Shibahara. She likes this bread machine recipe because the outcome is a loaf which is soft and does not crumble. Our Buckwheat Flour is not produced in our gluten free facility and may contain gluten.

Directions

Place ingredients in bread machine in order, depending on manufacturer's recommendation. Choose basic cycle. Scrape down sides of bread bowl after kneading begins if the flour is sticking to the sides to incorporate all ingredients. Makes one large loaf.

*Or Soy Lecithin

Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (13 slices).
