Black Turtle Bean Pizza Sauce

Wheat Free and Gluten Free. A delicious change of pace.

Directions

Presoak beans overnight.

Cook beans in 3 cups water or vegetable stock; puree all ingredients together. Use in place of typical tomato pizza sauce. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

Especially good with pizza toppings such as green peppers, corn and black olives.

Makes 12 servings.
