Bob's Red Mill Low Carb Pizza Crust

Pizza crust with less carbs.

  • 1 packet Active Dry Yeast (included in bread mix)
  • 1/2 cup Warm Water (110° - 115°F) + 3 Tbsp
  • 16 oz 3-1/2 cups Low-Carb Bread Mix
  • 3/4 cup Light Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

Bread Machine:

Follow bread recipe on package but set bread maker on pizza crust setting. After pizza crust cycle is done, roll out pizza crust. Place on baking stone covered with cornmeal. Pre-bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Add favorite sauce and toppings and continue baking for 10-15 minutes.

By Hand:

Follow bread recipe on package until dough doubles in size. Roll out pizza crust. Place on baking stone covered with cornmeal. Pre-bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Add favorite sauce and toppings and continue baking for 10-15 minutes.
