Bob's Red Mill Low Carb Bagels

Low Carb

  • 2-1/4 tsp Yeast Packet (included with bread mix)
  • 3-1/2 cups Low-Carb Bread Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 3/4 cup Whipping Cream (light)
  • 1/2 cup Water +3 tbsp

Directions

Follow bread recipe included on package but set bread machine on dough setting. After dough cycle is completed, divide into 12 balls. Roll into 10 inch long ropes, pinch ends together. Shape into bagels. Bring large pot of water to a boil. Place 3-4 bagels in boiling water for 2 minutes (for chewier skin, boil longer). Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.
