Irish Soda Bread with Nuts & Raisins

Irish Soda Bread with Nuts and Raisins

Directions

Follow instructions listed and process on the quick bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s directions.

When finished baking in machine remove from pan and let loaf cool on wire rack for 15 minutes before slicing.

Makes a 1-1/2 lb. loaf (18 slices).
