Peanut Butter Cookies


Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a cookie sheet, set aside.

In a bowl blend together the butter, peanut butter, sugar and egg.

In another bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to the creamed mixture. Place in refrigerator and chill.

Remove from refrigerator and with a melon baller scoop out the chilled dough; roll into balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork
dipped in flour.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.
