DirectionsStep 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9" x 15" baking pan, set aside.Step 2Cream butter, whey powder, sugar and eggs, set aside. Sift together dry ingredients, set aside.Step 3Mix together hot water and molasses, add molasses mixture alternately with flour/butter mixture and stir.Step 4Pour into prepared baking pan.Bake at 350°F for about 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in pan on wire rack. Serve with whipped cream or orange sauce. Makes 20 Servings |
