Gingerbread

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9" x 15" baking pan, set aside.

Step 2

Cream butter, whey powder, sugar and eggs, set aside. Sift together dry ingredients, set aside.

Step 3

Mix together hot water and molasses, add molasses mixture alternately with flour/butter mixture and stir.

Step 4

Pour into prepared baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for about 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in pan on wire rack. Serve with whipped cream or orange sauce.
