Sesame Crackers


Put into blender the water, salt and vegetable oil; blend well for 1-1/2 minutes. Pour mixture into a bowl and add the flour and 1/2 of the sesame seeds. Mix well, knead and let rest 10 minutes.

Divide dough in half. Roll out between sheets of waxed paper until wafer-like. Sprinkle on the remaining sesame seeds and some additional salt. Roll again to press sesame seeds into surface of dough.

Put on lightly greased cookie sheet (slip waxed paper from underneath dough) and score into squares.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.

Maskes about 5 dozen.
