Valentine's Day Tomato and Red Pepper Pizza

A delightful red pie for you and your gluten-free loved one! This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill.

  • 1 pkg GF Pizza Crust Mix
  • 1 pkg Grape Tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 jar Roasted Red Peppers (12oz jar) cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 3 Scallions finely chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt & Pepper
  • 3 Fl. Oz. Asiago Cheese finely shredded (or Provolone Cheese)


Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, roasted peppers, scallions, garlic, oil, ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper.

Step 2

prepare crust according to package and bake to set; remove crust from oven

Step 3

Top with the tomato mixture, leaving a 1-in. border all the way around. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake until the pastry has puffed and is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with a salad, if desired.

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Total Time: 70 minutes
