Chia Chip CookiesContributed by: Cindy BonesFor this recipe I took my favorite cookie recipe & added healthy :) EnJOY! This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill.
DirectionsStep 1Add dry ingredients together (1-6).Step 2Cream both sugars & butter together.Step 3Add 1 egg at a time to butter mixture, then add vanilla.Step 4Add dry stuff into butter sugar mixture...slowly...then add water (add up to 4 TBS water if dry).Step 5Stir in chocolates (both) and walnuts by hand.Step 6Shape into 1 & 1/2 TBS balls of dough flatten with a whole nut on top.Bake @ 375°F until done about 10 min...they freeze very well to have on hand when guest are coming over.
