Chia Chip Cookies

For this recipe I took my favorite cookie recipe & added healthy :) EnJOY! This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill.

Directions

Step 1

Add dry ingredients together (1-6).

Step 2

Cream both sugars & butter together.

Step 3

Add 1 egg at a time to butter mixture, then add vanilla.

Step 4

Add dry stuff into butter sugar mixture...slowly...then add water (add up to 4 TBS water if dry).

Step 5

Stir in chocolates (both) and walnuts by hand.

Step 6

Shape into 1 & 1/2 TBS balls of dough flatten with a whole nut on top.

Bake @ 375°F until done about 10 min...they freeze very well to have on hand when guest are coming over.

As seen on Facebook (my post). This is my favorite cookie recipe & my husband has no idea they have chia (something good for him) in there :) shhhhhhhh
