DirectionsStep 1Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray oil in a 2 quart baking dish, set aside.Step 2In a mixing bowl beat the eggs; add the salt, brown sugar and vanilla, stir well. Add the milk and stir until the brown sugar is dissolved. Add the cooked cracked wheat cereal and raisins; stir to break up large chunks.Step 3Pour pudding mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 1 hour.Nutmeg or cinnamon may be sprinkled on top before baking. Serve plain or with cream or fruit sauce. Makes 10 Servings. |
