Baked Wheat Pudding

Whole Grain! High Fiber.

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray oil in a 2 quart baking dish, set aside.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl beat the eggs; add the salt, brown sugar and vanilla, stir well. Add the milk and stir until the brown sugar is dissolved. Add the cooked cracked wheat cereal and raisins; stir to break up large chunks.

Step 3

Pour pudding mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 1 hour.

Nutmeg or cinnamon may be sprinkled on top before baking. Serve plain or with cream or fruit sauce.
