DirectionsStep 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an ovenproof baking dish; set aside.Step 2Bring broth and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in grits, cover and reduce heat. Simmer until broth has been absorbed, about 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.Step 3Combine grits with remaining ingredients and pour into prepared dish and bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until lightly browned.Yield 3 - 4 servings (approximately 3 cups total). |
