Dill Sauce
DirectionsSalmon RubStep 1Toast oats over medium-high heat for a few minutes until they begin to brown slightly. Once toasted, pound them with a mallet in a ziploc bag to make them finer which helps stick to the salmon.Step 2Mix oats with spices and oil and set aside.Dill SauceStep 1Coat both sides of salmon filets with the salmon rub. Saute in a little olive oil over medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes on each side.Step 2Place over a bed of sauteed spinach and top with the prepared dill sauce.Serves 4. |
