Crepes (Gluten Free)

Delicious, light and moist recipe that really stretches the mix. This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill. Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Low Sugar.

Directions

Combine all ingredients and cook on medium-low heat. Flip before they turn brown - soft and pale but cooked through.

Serves 2.

Notes

*You want a loose and liquid mix for thin, yummy delicacies.

The recipe is very good and delicious. I made it with coconut milk not soy and everybody liked them. I do recommend this recipe, however be prepared to "practice" with the first one or two as they turn slightly thicker than usual. So you would need to adjust accordingly. Enjoy!!!
