DirectionsStep 1Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.Step 3In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients and pour over the dry ingredients. Fold until just mixed (don\'t overmix!)Step 4Spray a 6-muffin tin with cooking spray and pour the batter in each tin. Bake for ~40 minutes, or until the tops have browned and a toothpick comes out clean.Makes 6 large muffins.
