DirectionsStep 1Combine steel cut oats, water, bouillon, 1 tsp oregano, garlic and onion. Cook about 10 minutes. Drain and quickly rinse to remove some of the starch.Step 2Combine with remaining ingredients. Transfer to a platter and garnish with feta cheese.Serves about 8.
