Transylvanian Vegetarian Patties

Contender for the 2012 Spar for the Spurtle. This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill.

Directions

Step 1

Soak oats in water at least 8 hours or overnight.

Step 2

Drain oats. Combine with remaining ingredients. Form into patties.

Step 3

Cook over low heat in a non-stick skillet.

Serves 4.
