Basic Cooking Instructions for Gluten Free Muesli

These instructions are printed on the label of Gluten Free Muesli. Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Low Cal, Low Fat.

  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free Muesli
  • 1/4 cup Milk or fruit juice, yogurt (or water for hot cereal)

Directions

Hot Cereal Instructions:

Add ½ cup Bob\\\'s Red Mill® Gluten Free
Muesli to ½ cup water or milk and bring to a
boil. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. You can also
microwave in a large bowl on high for 3 to 5
minutes stirring once during cooking.
Makes 2 servings.



Cold Cereal Instructions:

Soak ¼ cup Bob\\\'s Red Mill® Gluten Free Muesli
in ¼ to ½ cup yogurt, milk or fruit juice for 5 to
10 minutes (or overnight like the Swiss do) and
enjoy! Makes 1 serving.
