Gluten Free Muesli Bread

Gluten Free sweet bread that is great with jam or nut butters. Try it as french toast. Gluten Free.

Directions

Step 1

Lightly mix eggs, water, cider vinegar and canola oil. Combine tapioca starch, potato starch, oat flour, sea salt, xanthan gum, sugar, milk powder, muesli, and dry fruit.

Step 2

Add ingredients according to your bread machine instructions. Typically, add the wet ingredients first, followed by the dry, then the yeast.

Step 3

Bake on the gluten free bread setting, if available, or on the white bread/light crust setting.

Makes 1 loaf (about 16 servings).

Followed directions to a t howevever didnt realize my muesli was not gluten free. It still turned out wonderful. My husband even loves it. We arent allergic to gluten . I do have sensitivity to it so this is just a health choice I have made and hubby is trying and liking!
