7 Grain Pancakes - Vegan

These pancakes are baked instead of cooked on a oiled griddle for a healthier breakfast. This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill. High Fiber, Lactose Free, Organic, Vegan.


Step 1

Combine bananas, olive oil, soy milk and chopped dates and set aside. Mix together pancake mix, millet, hemp seeds and sunflower seeds.

Step 2

Pour wet into dry and mix until just combined.

Step 3

Spoon batter onto parchment lined baking sheets and bake at 350°F for about 20 - 25 minutes.


These can be frozen and reheated for a quick breakfast or snack. Especially good warm with Grade B Maple Syrup.
