Steel Cut Oat Bread

Hearty and nutritious whole grain bread from the bread machine. High Fiber, Soy Free.

Directions

Step 1

Whisk milk, brown sugar and butter and set aside. Combine whole wheat flour, oats and salt and set aside.

Step 2

Add dry ingredients, liquid ingredients and yeast to bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Typically, add the wet, then the dry followed by the yeast on the top.

Step 3

Bake on the whole wheat setting on light or medium crust.

Serves 16.
