Quinoa & Brown Rice Hot Cereal

High protein breakfast - great way to start your day, especially post-workout. Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Low Cal, Low Fat, No Sugar, Organic, Soy Free, Vegan.


Bring water and salt to a boil. Add quinoa and brown rice farina and reduce heat to medium. Let cook about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serves 4.
