Apple Blueberry Granola Cookies

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and brown and white sugars. Beat in the egg and vanilla.

Step 3

Combine the flour, salt and baking soda, stir into the creamed mixture.

Step 4

Finally, stir in the granola, dried fruits and nuts.

Step 5

Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the greased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.

Step 6

Bake 12 - 15 minutes until cookies are lightly browned around the edges. Remove cookies to wire racks and allow to cool completely.

Enjoy this whole grain treat!

Yields approx. 24 cookies.
