Honey Graham Bread from the Breadmachine

A medium-rising, slightly sweet bread that is low-fat, cholesterol-free, high-fiber, and egg-free.


All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting.

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine cycle and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s directions. Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.

Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (13 slices).

Much, much better than I anticipated. Had some graham flour I wanted to use up, and this was the way to go. The bread is hearty but not heavy. Very good.
