Directions
Combine all ingredients and sitr by hand or blend in a magic bullet. Let it sit for at least 1 - 2 hours for best flavor.

This dressing was contributed by a guest who attended a party at my house over the weekend. It was a huge hit w/ everyone, dairy-free or not. Other dressings were offered, but this was the only one used. I am anxious to try making it myself, it sounds pretty easy!
