Whole Wheat with Bran Bread from the Breadmachine

Directions

All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting.

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine cycle and process on the
whole wheat or basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s directions.

Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.

Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (13 slices).

Great easy recipe! I made this without a bread machine. I used warm water and let it rise for an hour and then cut it into two equal loaves. After a second rise of 20 min, I cooked them for 20 min at 400 and they were perfect. The bread is delicious: super soft and slightly sweet.
