Bob's Red Mill Bakery Cheese Crisps

Appetizer favorite with whole grain benefits. *Indulgent* Gluten Free, High Fiber, Low Carb, Low Sugar, Organic, Soy Free.


Step 1

Heat convection oven to 250°F (275°F for a conventional oven).

Step 2

In a food processor blend all ingredients together except flaxseeds.

Step 3

Once dough comes together, mix in flaxseeds and turn out onto a floured surface.

Step 4

Roll to desired thickness and cut into bite size pieces. We suggest 1/16-inch thickness.

Step 5

Distribute pieces onto a parchment covered cookie sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, turning at 10 minutes (25 minutes for a conventional oven, turning at 12 minutes). Crackers will be brown and hard when done.

Yields 50 bite size crackers.
